Paint 2 small bathrooms and Two 10×12 rooms
I’m willing to pay $700 for Painting Paint 2 small bathrooms and Two 10×12 rooms for me, I think this is a reasonable price since it’s just a 2 bed room apartment and you are only to paint the 2 small bathrooms and Two 10×12 rooms ,it shouldn’t take more than a day or 2 Days for you to have it painted, You will be provided with the date and time by my new Landlord, As soon as I’m done making payments to you for the painting, My Landlord will be taking you to the Apartment in person immediately i contact him that i have finally paid for the painting service. I want to inform you that it is pertinent that I am able to reach you at all times by phone, SMS or email address.
Another fact I want you to be familiar with is that I am currently not living in the town; I am new to the place and have just decided to live in the city. At the moment I live in Los Angeles, but I want a new environment especially for my business plans to plan out well. I am into car sales, and I very much intend to start my car dealership pretty soon I want the Painting Work to be done before i get back to the States so There will be a bit of urgency at starting Painting job as I intend for the house to be cleaned and got ready before my return. , I already made arrangements for the payment and also the keys to the apartment, My Landlord will be showing you the Apartment so the locations shouldn’t be a problem, He will be there to help you in all you need. I will instruct my CLIENT to issue and mail out the payment(PayCheck) he owes me so you can deduct the $700 which i believe is a reasonable amount for Painting the Rooms and Small Bath Rooms, have the remaining funds send to the New Landlord of the apartment via so he can bring down the keys to you and he would be available when you are ready for the Painting, the remaining funds you will be sent to the Landlord is the balance payment for the Apartment cause am just moving in.
